Was always a home depot shopper due to its proximity to my house.one day i decided to go to lowes cz they had a good deal on bbq. The customer service was phenominal. Brian Bien came quickly to give me a quote which was stuck to. The job was supposed to take two weeks but the contractors were so efficient, they finished in one week.
