I wrote a previous review regarding the wait time for service. Watershed contacted me explaining the unusual circumstance causing the delay. When the service tech arrived, he was courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable. The problem was fixed quickly at no charge. I have been dealing with Watershed for 13 years now and have never experienced anything short of stellar service. I guess this was just a bump in the road. I still highly recommend The Watershed. I visited 100 main st dartmouth location on sat dec 9 we were seved by erna she was so great ! With this time of year so busy trying to get things done and stressed! We came here and it was such a pleasent experience being served by someone with such upbeat manner and fun it changed how tired and and irratated that we were from our day! Amazing customer service. Everyone I talked to was very friendly and willing to go out of their way to make sure I got my order. When I couldnt find time to go down to the store and pick up my order, Graham dropped it off at my door that same afternoon for only a few extra dollars.
