The work was done with professionalism and care. Our interactions with the staff were positive; they are friendly and easy to get a hold of. I was on my way to Barrie coming from London, when my car died on me. Passing by I saw The Auto Doctor and quickly turned in. I assumed it was the alternator that was the issue. When I walked inside I was greeted with great customer service and fair if not great pricing. They were on the phone ordering the part, had it shipped to the shop, and installed a brand new alternator within an hour. To be able to drop in without an appointment and have that amazing service, Id highly recommend!

I recently bought a Thomasfield home in Grand Valley. The house was about 3 years old and I was unaware of the previous history of the home and repairs made by the original owner. Soon after moving in, I noticed a few puddles in the basement. Thomasfield responded very quickly, took the time to find all the leaks, reconstructed the back side of my house, and repaired all damage within the house. These men were kind, consistent, determined, and would not leave until I was satisfied. Very pleased!

Not enough cashiers always a line up at check out. Now they have self checkout which I think might help but not everyone is comfortable with that; especially Seniors. I find the pharmacy staff very helpful and also cosmetics, always a smile and a greeting. Cant say anything negative about the staff at this location.

Very comfortable and thorough. Never left uncomfortable or in pain. Always give you his undivided attention. Had lots of dental work done ie. implants, bone grafts, root canal etc. Been to many other dentists and Dr Boeriu fived many of their mistakes. I will never let anyone else work on my teeth.

I have had my snowblower and lawn mower serviced at R&A for the past 3 years. Before that I used a larger company and usually left feeling that I had been taken. With Reg it is usually just a preseason tune up now but if I need to go with a specific problem it is always taken care of. I had my snowblower picked up this morning - broken cable was repaired in no time. Minimum charge and back in my garage now. I would highly recommend Reg and R&A - Great service at a great price, friendly too!

The pharmacist [Deana or Nina...I am not sure of her name } is such a genuinely helpful, friendly, kind and caring individual.
The stores over the counter products are very reasonably priced which is not typically the case for a smaller [non-chain) pharmacy .
Outstanding customer service , excellent prices and the store itself is clean and neatly maintained .

I just bought a tdi. My sales guy, Jacob, was first rate. We hadn't planned on closing the deal, just shopping, but Jacob was so non-pressure and had every answer that it was a no brainer. I usually like to have some inside connection and a good referral before I make such a major purchase. Jacob and the Leavens staff far surpassed any recommendation I could've expected from a close friend even. I really felt like family. It's no wonder they've built such a successful business after several generations.
