Perfect Home management and staff are very knowledgeable and attentive. We have purchased several pieces for our home and we’re wxtremely pleased with the quality! Can't be happy enough with Alta Home and our new basement! Every detail of the project was handled with much consideration and quality. The process was transparent and explained from the beginning to end. We were advised of best layout and different finishing options. I needed to replace a non-working gas fireplace in my basement. I called 7 stores and visited 3 showrooms. In the end, I selected Hearth and Home. They were awesome! They explained things clearly and patiently (I knew nothing about fireplaces) and answered all my questions (even the silly ones). They made sensible recommendations. They had really creative ideas for the installation. They always showed up on time. They offered a great price. The installation was smooth and fast. 5-star.

Best individual service, product selection and location.
Went for prescription stocking fitting after a strong referral from my Doctor. Was treated professionally and courteously. The fitter was great to assist with the perfect selection and best fit! Wow. They carry a lot of stock and hence got my stocking the same time. Would recommend the store anytime!

I always like shopping here. Staff are pleasant and very helpful. I can find pretty well whatever I need (though I wish they carried nails in bulk). Ive bought everything from lights to paint and area rugs and lumber. Returns are never a problem. By far the best prices on quality
9V batteries, too.

I had the most amazing service ever and a large box store. There aren't enough character spaces in the small space to tell you how appreciative and grateful I was for the exceptional service at the Chinook store in Calgary - There was a customer service rep that helped me whose name was Paul and another customer service rep who was very helpful who I don't know his name plus the two guys that help me carry and load an awkward huge window .

One of my friends recommended this place, it is just north of Kensington Road on 14th Street. I was really impressed by the Store. It is really cool and have excellent quality furniture with so competitive price, actually they are under-priced I felt. I have never seen such furniture before.
They have really neat water features & some led trees, which are a must see. Water features are just excellent.. never seen before.
I would say this place is must see...Beautiful !!! They have some amazing collection of home decor items.
People there did not follow me, and gave me my space.
It also has free parking.

McInnis and Holloway did an absolutely wonderful job for our family. Everyone we spoke to was so warm and helpful.
The help with the estate paperwork was so appreciated and even better was that there was no charge for this help.

Phil and Barb of McInnis & Holloway (Fish Creek location) were very professional and compassionate. I could not of asked for better service under the circumstances.
This was my 2nd time using McInnis & Holloway and was so pleased to see the level of service has not changed and the staff are different between locations but absolutely exceptional at what they do.
