A big thank you to Memory Express who spent 2 hours finding all the pictures I deleted and downloading them into another file. I expected a big bill but didn't get one. I went in there with my brand new Epson Printer which had a paper feed problem since these guys were the authorized repair center for Epson. Both the guys there were thorough gentleman and helped me out sincerely by connecting me to Epson support and pointing out the problem and ordering a replacement for me. I was on their phone with Epson for 40 mins but they attended to me with a lot of patience and helped me resolve my issue. I give them 5 + Stars.

She is a fantastic dentist and very down-to- earth. I had a previous dentist tell me that my teeth looked ‘old’ and I needed to get crowns on all my back molars. When I asked Dr Eng for a second opinion she just laughed. He was trying to drum up business!! She’s very honest.

I bought a pellet stove from these folks about 10 years ago. Happy to say that it still runs like a charm and I use it a lot - basically 24 hours a day for about 6 months of the year. Other that a few gaskets and a sensor that needed replacing I have not had any major issues with my stove. On the rare occasions when I needed some maintenance advice I spoke with one of their technicians (Marvin I think) and he was very helpful. Really cannot say enough about the product and the service.
