I was at the Westbank location on December 20th, from the start Elke provided genuinely warm & professional customer service. While there an unexpected personal matter/phone call happened, she remained calm (I was in a full panic) & had a unique way of providing comfort and empathy at a time I needed it most. Her customer service alone stood out, however her kindness & genuine care is something I will never forget. Thank you Elke, I won't forget your kindness & wish you so much in return :)

Our basset hound has been going to central valley since he was a pup around 6 years ago. We are happy with the staff and vets and the care they provide to our dog. I like that they follow-up each year as needed (check-up reminders, heartworm pill reminders etc). All and all, seems like a well run and caring clinic.

Amazing sevice at the front desk! Pleasant knowledgable staff! I watched them deal diplomatically and patiently with some pretty difficult people. The manager took a look and was bang on with what was wrong. Gave me an immediate guestimate which was bang on. Imagine my surprise when the mechanic came to show me what was actually wrong with my water pump.
Super impressed with every bit of service i received, the price, and the way the staff took time to explain the issues with my car. Thanks!

I phoned in for take-out rolls and tempura. Service was friendly and attentive. I really enjoyed the food particularly the superfood and tofumite rolls. Will definitely go there again.

Out of town client in need of (Emergency service) Clinic staff was fast friendly and thurough. Called for an emergency appointment at 8:00 a.m. was told we can come straight in. Our little "Mira" was imediately assessed received emergency surgury and was ready for pickup by 3:00 pm. The staff went beyond our expectations. THANK YOU SO MUCH. Julie has been my hair stylist for 18 years, since the first day I met her when she did my hair for grad. She does a phenomenal job with hair cuts, hair colors and on creating unique and beautiful updos for special occasions. She takes the time to make sure your hair is perfect.
