Out of town client in need of (Emergency service) Clinic staff was fast friendly and thurough. Called for an emergency appointment at 8:00 a.m. was told we can come straight in. Our little "Mira" was imediately assessed received emergency surgury and was ready for pickup by 3:00 pm. The staff went beyond our expectations. THANK YOU SO MUCH. Would definately become your clients permanently should we move back to the area.

Julie has been my hair stylist for 18 years, since the first day I met her when she did my hair for grad. She does a phenomenal job with hair cuts, hair colors and on creating unique and beautiful updos for special occasions. She takes the time to make sure your hair is perfect. I drive all the way from the upper mission to go there and it���s definitely worth the drive! At this point, I feel like I���m going to see family when I go. Both Julie and Julia are so nice. We loved living here! There is some
traffic noise from Spall, but the building is very solid, so you never hear your neighbours. The staff in the buildings, Marita and Edna, keep it all in tip top shape and are great to deal with.

Dr Bimal is an amazing Veterinarian. He really cares about the animals. He has a wonderful gentle approach to explaining what he is doing and why.
He was really concerned about the health of my cat when I first brought him in for a check up. Over the next few weeks he kept in contact to check up on our cats condition. Unfortunately we lost our boy that month. Dr Bimal and his team were very kind and compassionate during our difficult time before and after we said goodbye to our beloved cat.

I use it with Epsom salts as soon as I feel any joint pain or muscle tightness and have experienced very positive results. The adjustable massaging jets can be aimed directly over the painful area, and sliding smoothly in and out without any awkward bending and stretching is also a 'joint-saver.' My out of town relatives and friends sometimes stay at the Best Western Plus Kelowna Hotel and have been really impressed by the level of quality that the hotel offers. What you can't see from the road is the huge grass area inside the "quad"... kind of like what university campuses have. That's really nice for kids. Kind of like having a park onsite. The rooms are larger than expected and recently reno'd. They were higher end than I expected too. It's nice to have a new ORA restaurant as part of the hotel now as well. Their local wine list is one of the biggest I've seen in Kelowna. Overall it's a great hotel located centrally and just down the road from the airport.
