Very professional. Always prompt. Krutika , soft friendly voice but still asking firmly to show all the physio exercises.
Weekly appointments with Adam. Prompt.very enthusiastic and always encouraging.Took the time to show in detail the exercises and why(important!)to both his co-op student(Toby) and his patient.He suggested alternate ways to do the exercises if I found them too difficult. Adam always showed a friendly and positive demeanor.I am happy to recommend this Lifemark crew to friends.

They started, finished and were out of there with minimal time for us. They were also helpful in several other areas that we had not thought of. Always great food and service, today Dino reinforced his amazing customer service. There was a hair in my salad (fist time ever having an issue with my food there) and not only did I get a fresh salad, he tossed the entire trey of salad as a precaution and gave me my money back for my entire lunch.

The team at Grand Floors renovated our main and upper level with new hardwood flooring throughout. We upgraded our staircase railings and spindles. Total proffesionalism from the estimate to the install. They really care about the customer. During installation careful attention was paid to the very last detail. The stairs were completely protected for the staining process. Very friendly interaction between the staff and myself.The stairs look terrific.
