I went to the Tillicum Mall medical clinic today and was impressed by the professionalism and the friendliness of the office staff. I was greeted by Pat and Cathy and found them to be extremely helpful and polite to my situation. They were fully booked at the time and they didn’t need to go above and beyond - but they did. They were able to fit me in between appointments with Dr. Perry. I was so impressed with the service from Pat, Cathy and Dr. Perry that I wanted to share my experience.

I started with laser treatments on my face just last year and it was the best decision I ever made!! I no longer have embarrassing and thick hairs which has really helped me feel beautiful. I love Gina and her salon is the only one I will ever recommend! She is extremely caring and professional and she will go the extra mile to make sure you are always happy with the service!! Her machines are also the most advanced which I appreciate!! I now have great skin and only go for touch ups!

She was extremely knowledgeable about dealing with pregnant patients and was able to significantly resolve my back pain. I like to stay in the lounge while the work is done because the level of customer service these folks provide is a joy to listen to. Margo gave me a beautiful cut without taking away the length. Its still down to my waist, just as I requested. Her technique was able to enhance the spiralling of the curls without sacrificing volume. Ill definitely be back. While I was quite attached to the stylists who had been cutting my hair in LA for many years, I am pleased tosay that Margo is just as good as some of the top curly hair specialists in Southern CA, if not better. I highly recommend her for anyone who has curly hair.

He showed up on time, narrowed the issue down to two things, figured out which one it was, fixed it, charged me a reasonable price and was gone in a little over an hour.
