Vivian’s successful business model operates on an appt only basis as noted on website- so attention focused on client. I completely understand need for entrance to be secured to ensure the customer’s confidentiality & safety of anyone in the shop. Both measures allow for a safe, relaxed and comfortable atmosphere. I have been a patient of Smiles for several years and have had fillings and crowns and cleaning. The staff is all very friendly and professional from the gal who greets you when you arrive to the hygienists, dental assistants and dentists. They are diligent with covid protocols. I would reccommend them to anyone looking for a new dentist, especially in the Fleetwood area.

I had to unexpectedly put my 21 year old cat down last week….I showed up at the clinic bright and early, heart broken and without an appointment, to see if they could take care of this for me. The people I met at the clinic were simply amazing. They made sure I was taking care of during this difficult time and they took care of my cat with the most delicate and respectful way.
I would definitely recommend the clinic for all animal lovers – the staff was truly outstanding.

My mother-in-law forgot her wallet in the cab when she was dropped off at our home. 20 minutes later upon realization of the missing wallet, I called the dispatcher, who promptly called the driver while I waited on hold. After a couple of minutes she said that a new customer spotted it and gave it to the driver, who returned it within 10 minutes. I offered a decent tip, but the driver insisted that it wasn’t necessary and refused to take it. Thanks for the great honest service!
