Randy fought a speeding ticket for our 20 year old son, he was professional and straight forward with all communications. There was no confusion or wondering as he covered all the bases. Our salesman Sheldon was knowlegeable, honest and full of sound advice. He spent literally hours working with us, ensuring that we got the floor we wanted, at a price we could afford. Our installer Mike, whose services were arranged through Summit, as well as being a great guy, was experienced, meticulous, punctual, and customer focused. The hardwood flooring itself exceeded our expectations, as did everything else. The project was completed on time and on budget!
