I moved to campbell river just over 2 years ago. I tried a few groomers in town and was very unimpressed with either the quality of work or the customer service. I tried A1 pet salon and am happy I did. My fur babes have grown to love their visits with Sarah. Fantastic grooming practices, very clean and quiet atmosphere. This young lady deserves to be recognized. :-)

Called Jamie, estimate given same day. We had called 3 contractors and he was the only one who showed up even though the others said they would. He replaced a sunken slab of cement in our driveway to our satisfaction. He is very experienced in his field and is true to his word. Want a good job done, hire Jamie and his crew. John, their repair specialist, repaired our third set of Hunter Douglas shutter panels very satisfactorily, despite his recent serious illness. His work was very satisfactory. Defect of HD shutters, was due to UV induced brittleness in my opinion. Very satisfied with your work John.

I enjoyed your good customer service when I went in to see if you have had any bus-passes...it was a harsh day trying to find a way an time for the bus service is your last resort, its always good to know when the bus leaves to Chilliwack, bus-fair is a lot cheaper then 40-bucks gas money.,Happy-new year!!!
