Mark help us out of a major jam by repairing our Pleasureway Van while on a short trip to Vancouver Island. Impressive mechanic whose attention to detail is exemplary. Fixed a longstanding noise issue and replaced three pulleys, a belt and alternator within three hours of breaking down. Five stars ++

Mike Smith Electric returned my call was courteous and accomodating fitting me in his schedule near the end of his day during snowy weather.Was busy called me in advance to say so.Wow a trade on the Island that is customer centered.I ve experienced many trades who just dont show up.Mike Smith electric showed up when he said he would.Helped me resolve the issue

We have used this company for a number of years. They have been absolutely amazing from heating to plumbing to gas fitting issues. The staff is friendly and efficient and one time, even suggested a drain pan under our washer/dryer set and went to the trouble of building it custom for us. Can't say enough good about them! I noticed a leak last evening under a sink in our older model trailer, spoke to Vern this morning, he came out this afternoon, not only repairing the drip, he replaced all the aging connections under the sink.
