Friendly, timely, meticulous, knowledgeable, extremely professional. Rich took time out of his weekend to come and give us an estimate. He was the only one of a few that we called that called back right away and after 5 minutes with him, regardless of cost, we knew he would be doing our roof. His price was competitive and we know that we could not have got the quality of workmanship for anything less. We are having him do our eaves troughs now that the roof looks so nice. I couldn't be more pleased with the level of service I received from OK Tire in Burlington. The tires are phenomenal, they were able to order my run-flats within one day and accommodate my appointment request, and charged a third of what I was quoted at my car dealership. This included balancing and they even deducted the money I paid the day prior to have my summer tires installed, which they indicated (as did the dealership)needed to be replaced. I went to 9 different shops and all could not take me in. Now I have a 1966 Mercury and it's my baby. It's always in my line of sight. I wanted to stay with my car, but Mario put me at ease and looked after it like it was his. He had to change the passenger rear axle bearing and u joints. Surprisingly the shop is well equipped and Mario knows his craft. He not only fixed my baby I was impressed at the fact that he knew exactly to do, I left my car in great hands! Thank you Mario!!!!
