This was my first visit to 4 Your Health. The aesthetician there greeted me with a friendly and relaxing smile. I was having my chest and back sugared and was a little worried to say the least. Kristy made me feel comfortable about it all. Yes, it did hurt, not saying that, but it took no time at all and the end result was amazing. I never felt so clean. Thanks Kristy, and yes I will be a return client.

I really like this place its one of the best health food stores i've ever been to! The staff is always so helpful and I find they have a wide range of interesting finds that you obviously can't find online or supermarkets. I love their selection and always spend at least an hour in Naturally Healthy Health Food Store!

Generally clean, good equipment, lots of space to work out, early morning hours work well for me. I have never interacted with staff so can't comment.
