I recently was in an accident, and to say That the staff went above and beyond to look after me from going to the collision centre, having the car towed safely, and then doing a fantastic repair job is an understatement. Their excellent work on the car goes without saying; the repair is perfect .
I would definitely recommend this body shop to who ever is looking for great customer service and a job well done. Staff were extremely helpful from beginning to end. THANK YOU !!

I would like to tell you about my experience with Linda at your Bradford store. She was great and a big help to my husband and I were looking for all that we would need for a new puppy. She knew what we needed and she helped us get a new bed, food and toys for the new addition. She was friendly and knew what we needed and had a great sense of humour as well. I have used Friends Auto for all my auto repair needs for three years. Over these three years I have needed them for a variety of repairs: A/C actuator replacement, O2 sensors, brakes, new plugs, and moonroof motor replacement.
