Excellent Service!!! Our Dental office had an issue of security when the back door lock would not work. Within a few minutes of calling Better Cut Keys for help they were at our office to offer help. Very politely he explained what happened to the lock and why. In less than 2 minutes he was able to fix the lock. He walked off leaving no bill and stating don't worry about it. WOW!! What a guy!!! Why drive all the way to Barrie to a big box store to get you hardwares? I find great service and a fair selection in Alcona. Sometimes I don't find everything I need but I always get greeted by friendly people and very knowledgable about the products. Keep up the great service guys!

All the employees (Gurpreet & Lori) that I dealt in this location are very helpful. Customer Service is topnotch. The delivery men who brought up my balcony storage chest were also very professional and prompt. I have such positive experience, I will be shopping here again even if I live in North York.
