Best experience I’ve had with a dealership in Alberta by far. Randy, the Business Manager, was so easy to work with and was such a gentleman. Ryan also helped to make sure the whole process went smoothly and made sure everything was in order. Peter, our Sales Rep, was a star! He went above and beyond to ensure our customer satisfaction, which we were extremely happy with and grateful for.
This is the only dealership I plan on working with, despite the fact that we live in Edmonton.

Excellent service. Serviced my fireplace, cleaned everything did every check possible to make sure everything was working properly. A very personable technician I highly recommend this company. I find that they are very easy to work with, as others have said: nice guys. I have had 3 wheel alignments done on 3 different vehicles. The work is fast and reasonably priced. Will be going back even though it is on the other side of the city from me. As for the one bad review where the ABS sensor was broken - it happens all the time during brake/hub repair no matter how careful you are - I know, I have done it and unfortunately ABS sensors are expensive.

I used this company on two occasions to service two separate Eurostar irons purchased by family members. Both were extremely happy with the product - they just needed a tune up after years in use. Both “fixes” were done promptly and effectively at minimal cost. The downside was the location out in Springbank but it was very easy to access. Found customer service to be very good.

I’ve been going to Jiffy Lube for oil changes since I’ve been driving (over 10 years) and have always had great experiences. The staff always go above and beyond. Today I went in to get my tail lights replaced and the guy that helped me came out to my vehicle and changed it while I waited outside of the shop, when I was going to grab my wallet he said “Because it’s Friday, it’s on me, have a great weekend” and walked away. Made my week! Thank you for your generosity! Highly recommended.

MY family never had trouble dealing with this company we have been travelling from past few years. Maybe Navreet & GAGAN (DESI'S) don't know much how to live in Canada and behave.
YOU People don't know how to deal with professional people calling and asking for time is not the solution You have to BOOK YOUR SEAT AND RESERVE IT!! IF YOU REALLY WANT TO TRAVEL or maybe you were just FAKE calling. IF you call them they will find the solution and they have good customer service.
