I liked the price that Penguin was offering with the tune-up so I went with them. The rep that came over was awesome. I asked him all kinds of silly questions about the air conditioning unit and he answered them like they were just common questions. He was very respectful and nice. He sat down and explained different things about the unit cause I have two different brands and we just talked about getting a new unit. Now new unit is working fine and overall, I’m totally satisfied.

The Westwood clinic staff are great. I have been going to Dr. Blake in there for a long time and he is exceptional. I had corneal abrasion in my right and I phoned and he just happened to be in Winnipeg then and they got me in that afternoon. He went above and beyond the call of duty and sent me to an ophthalmologist after that just to make sure that he saw what Dr. Blake saw and he did and that Doctor gave me eyedrops and it cleared up in 3 days.

I recently had a service call by api to replace two obsolete smoke detectors and at the same time the battery was changed in my control panel with a full system check. As good as ProTelec was for more than 30 years, these elements should have been changed out long ago. This work was initiated by api. The service tech was on time, very courteous and competent. Overall I was quite pleased with my first real interaction with api Alarms.
