Since starting hypnosis, I’ve noticed that I am more focused in my day to day activities. I am mindful of my eating choices. I’ve cut out coffee, sodas & snacks. I am already down a clothing size after 6 weeks. At a recent conference, instead of my usual anxieties & negative self judgements, I was able to just focus on being interested in others. I got amazing feedback & felt great after. I also relaxed during my golf game & played my best round ever. I plan to build on these great experiences.

Was rear ended in my 2016 mitsubishi lancer gts.Took it to car star in stoney creek.Car was ready before they said it would be. When i dropped it off the interior and exterior were very dirty. When i picked it up it was spotless they even cleaned the tires to get them as black as they were when it was new which proves they go the extra mile because washing the car is great but using a special product for tires is outstanding. I attended Brantford Mall Dental on Monday to have the root of a front tooth removed. I was very apprehensive. The staff calmed and assured me. The doctor came in and took control of the procedure. It all went well and was almost painless. My fears were calmed and Sam had to tell me the tooth was gone. Great job.

A few years ago I had injured my lower back playing hockey. I could barely walk and after seeing my Doctor, who prescribed me pain killers and anti inflammatory meds, I was seeing no progress. I was referred to Dr.Elkin who after an initial examination which included a scan and ex-ray began my treatment. Within two weeks of treatment I was able to run again and had no set backs. I continued to see him on a regular basis and have always benefited from the treatment and conversation. I would strongly recommend his services to all .
