This store,compared with either Kitchener or Cambridge Walmart, is the cleanest, tidiest, and friendliest place to shop. I may be biased here, but the clientele seems to be more conscientious as well (Mennonite community?). I'm not from St. Jacobs, but I will come from Cambridge to shop here at this Walmart. At any rate, I've never walked in there to find garbage anywhere, and folks seem to have a sense of community pride here and are well-mannered. A very nice shopping experience whenever I go.

I have been a regular costumer for about 2 years now! They have always treated me with respect and have consistently gotten my order correct over time. They atmosphere is nice as the workers tend to treat you as a friend after a while which is a nice change from some other pizza places I have been to.

Just wanted to say THANK YOU for the heat Jeremy. We purchased a gas fireplace from Priority Mechanical in Ayr, last fall. During the winter we found the fireplace did not supply enough heat, so I contacted Jeremy, the Service Manager. He was at our door the next day and made suggestions and requested we contact him if not any better. In 4 days the problem remained . We contacted Jeremy again. He came the next day. replaced some parts and did the work himself after hours. Thanks Jeremy.Good job

Best choice in KW for an amazing SUV limousine. I booked a SUV limo for my sisters bachelorette and was totally blown away by the limo. We were on a budget and it was more then affordable to surprise my sister with a limo!! We went to Niagara Falls and had a great ride there and back and made a few bucks at the casino..... Not enough cashiers always a line up at check out. Now they have self checkout which I think might help but not everyone is comfortable with that; especially Seniors. I find the pharmacy staff very helpful and also cosmetics, always a smile and a greeting. Cant say anything negative about the staff at this location.
