Richard and his team came to my aid in Jan 2018, when my basement garage was flooded. He responded to my SOS right away and analysed my situation. Work began early spring , digging additional trenches putting in drainage where there were problems and he problem solved by methods that were workable .His crew was remarkable ! Rascals is such a treasure! From the moment you walk in the door you are warmly greeted and made to feel you and your business are very appreciated. The staff are extremely knowledgeable and passionate about their products and happy to answer all questions. The store is very well laid out and well stocked and very easy to navigate. I love the bulk treat section which allows me to try many different products in small amounts! The toy section is big fun! My boys love Rascals and so do we!

Always great service from any of the guys that have been out. Had a split pipe issue last week which I discovered hissing away at 4:15 am. After turning off our water supply I called the office to book an appointment for later that day, thought I'd have to leave a message but actually got a real person.
Plumber Corey came out and got me fixed up in good time.
Professional, courteous, knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with.
I will definitely use again.

This has been a really nice experience for me. I am new to this dojo and the instructor is excellent. I feel very welcome. He is an excellent communicator and very passionate regarding his teachings. Everyone was very kind and supportive at the dojo. Other students encouraged me when I was learning. In all my travels, I have yet to find a better instructor. Mill Bay has no idea how lucky we are.

I wish i could try more menu items but im eating only plant based at this time so i am only reviewing for that part. This pizza is fantastic, the dough is probably the best i had in canada so far. The vegan cheeses and even the beyond sausage is better than anywhere else. I used to eat a lot of donairs so i dont know if i will be able to resist eating one forever.Also i live in victoria downtown and the fact that they deliver both with their own delivery and through skip is fantastic.

I can hardly tell you how pleased I am with Staples in Langford. I purchased a gizmo to convert slides into digital images with the help of Kenyon, who gave knowledgeable, friendly service, with technical expertise. Two months later, the converter stopped working. Jo, Mary, and Laurel were all completely helpful. I thought I'd have to send it back to the manufacturer or something awkward, but everyone did her best to make sure I had a new one in short order -- no doubts about my situation, and only a very short form to fill out. Friendly, happy, humourous, and very competent people. Wow. You can't get much better than that.

I have to say, when I find I have Sunny as my checkout clerk I smile. He's a great guy with a (sunny) disposition. His line is always the longest and he get's his job done expertly and in good time. Shopping is not my favorite thing to do so it's nice to deal with a pleasant staff member.
