    Asset West PM has been providing property management services for one of our properties located in NW Calgary for last 5yrs and we have been happy with their services thus far. We've gone through 3 tenants already and they helped screen responsible tenants each time and respond to our tenant's need promptly. Most importantly, good communication with us as we are out of town and can't attend to our properties anymore. We intent to use them again for our other property in SW Calgary.

    Asset west has been managing my building sense Its been built. And all I can say is what a waste of money. Angie Beka who is in charge of our building always gets all the paper work wrong and never reads your emails when you are trying to figure out what she means. Then sends you fines off of her mistakes. Stay away from this company.

    Condo Board

    I have been dealing with Asset West for the past 5 years, and I know Property Management business very well - While they may not be the best property management company out there but they are not bad either as they do care about the residents / owners - they have over 2000 plus owners / units they service and administer - owners and residents must do their part - I sit on a condo board and I know and my expectations are very high for my large community and they have met our needs well each time -thx

    i have read some of the negative reviews...wow, i never had any of these issues. yes returning my email to the condo manager was delayed but once she explained why (she had been dealing with an emergency at 2 other properties) i understood...she ended up passing me over to the administrator and i was looked after. over all i was satisfied.

    The first letter ever from them it was the notice of Arrears in condominium contributions for three month plus $ 75 administrative collection charge without sending us any documentation prior. We are waiting for selection of condominium management for our condo who is professional and friendly. Hoping they will not be selected as the management company for our condo.

    I have never seen anyone worse like them. Very unfriendly. Look somewhere else if you do not want to regret.

    Asset West Proper...

    Asset West Property Management are one of the most frustrating companies to deal with. Janet Back was our condo manager. When we needed work/maintenance done on our condo, it would take her weeks to get back to us. We had 2 minor infractions on our underground parking stall due to a bicycle, and car ramps not being on a shelving unit that she charged us $250 for. We are first time home buyers, barely been living here a year, and thanks to this experience, we are never buying a condo unit again.
