    agree, rude and not professional, patients don't need to be gossiped about.

    The receptionist down was so rude she dont know how to talk with the patients and also commenting about the patients with their colleagues and making fun. I think she needs some training for the service. Her shift was on Tuesday the Feb 02 2021 around 11.30to 12
