We were given a gift card at Christmas for this restaurant, and finally decided to go for supper. Man, I am sure glad we did. The food was great and the service was prompt and friendly. I could not stop eating. We will defiantly be back, and we will recommend this restaurant to others.

I absolutely loved my meal! I got take-out and it was so delicious with very impressive and authentic flavours. Very friendly service as well.

Absolutely Amazing! This is hands down one of the best Indian restaurants in the city. The quality of food was exceptional, and the service was superb! Our server's name was Umesh. He was extremely knowledgeable of all menu items and helped me with my selection based on personal experience. Everything was cooked to perfection with a high emphasis on traditional Indian style. I would 100% recommend this location to anyone looking for a great meal. They have every day Lunch Buffet also.

I normally do not post reviews online, but my experience with Gate of India has been so good that I am finally posting a review! It's a great team there, the young man co-coordinating it all 'Umesh' has excellent customer service and gives you an excellent Food-service-Experience every time. The chef at the back-end prepares every dish to perfection and the best tasting Indian food that one can ever find. Very fresh and good quality ingredients too. Best East Indian food you could ever find!!

The Gate of India Restaurant in Coventry Hills is excellent. We went for supper tonight and wasn't disappointed. The service was great, the food was awesome and the restaurant is squeaky clean. The night started with the veggie pakora platter which was impressive and my first exposure to paneer. The plating was elegant, the food was delicious and the chutneys were to die for. The butter chicken is everything you need in life. I'm going back for sure, probably weekly 😊 Definitely worth a try! Best butter chicken in town!

Excellent food. Good ambiance. Great service. Such a huge menu to choose from. Very flavorful food! Highly recommend this place! Had samosa, masala tea, aloo parata, shahi panner and gobi Manchurian. Thumbs up!!
