The communication was fantastic and I can’t say enough about Jeremy (installer). So many different options of windows and doors compared to the other companies that I got quotes from. I had two big new windows installed on a 130 year old house and I cannot get over the difference. The installer, George, was knowledgeable, meticulous and did an exceptional job, as it was not easy with such an old house. Would recommend LUX and specifically George for a job well done.

Excellent Product and Service

I used Lux Windows for my new home construction and love them. I recommended them to my parents who were redoing their windows as part of a renovation and the experience was excellent from the time they came to measure, to the quoting to the installation. Professional from start to finish. On the service side, also excellent. I had an issue with my front door handle (also by Lux) and they came out quickly and fixed it (and checked all of my other handles while there). Highly recommend!

I ordered windows...

I ordered windows incl installation. I got laid off work. Willing to proceed with contract but asked for supply only price (self- install) with option of resuming installation. Lux provided supply only price but informed that they would NOT install later should I change my mind. I was anticipating new job, to which I would resume original supply & install purchase. I don’t want to install my own windows, but will, given job loss.
