Twice Dr. Prete c...
Twice Dr. Prete cancelled on us at the last minute. The first time, we rebooked for 2 months after our original appt. The second time, we were minutes away from his office. The next available booking? 5 months later. We live outside of the city, and it takes an hour to get to his office. No explanation or apology was given. We can only assume that because we don't buy our glasses there, he is not interested in our optical welfare and feels he can simply cancel on us at the last minute.
