    Wait times are ridiculous.It almost makes you forget what you are calling about.SHAW YOU CAN DO BETTER!!

    I waited an hour for a chat agent re billing. The system said my wait time would be about 24 minutes--for chat! (They do not seem to offer phone support for anything.) That 24 eventually went down to 14:42, then started increasing again, rising above the original estimated 24. This process of lower wait time followed by higher wait times continued, occasiaonally interrupted by We apologize for the delay. You will be connected to an agent [etc.] Worst service I ever encountered: Shaw (online sup)
