The wedding dress dept could really learn better customer service skills. The lady was not very professional or kind. Stuff came out clean- v happy with the quality of work that was done!

wedding dress cleaning - amazing

i really enjoyed dealing with this company. i bought some daily deal and had called over to confirm that i could use them towards a wedding dress and how much the dress would cost to dry clean. over the phone they gave me a quote so i could purchase the right amount of coupons. when they came to my house to quote my wedding dress it was almost exactly what i was told on the phone. it did take a week more to have it done. but i have to say the customer service was amazing. dealing with them was a dream and pick up and delivery from your home or office... who could ask for more?
