    Do not shop at this bridal store. I repeat do not. Their customer service is absolutely atrocious and the owner will never return your call. And if you want your girls to pick out their own dresses don't because if they happen to be different material they won't advise you against it and then blame you for when the colour or size comes in wrong. I was 9 months pregnant when I got measured for my bridesmaids dress. Charged me $50 extra for extra dress length (I'm very tall) and because I needed a

    Poor customer service

    Would not recommend! Poor customer service, and very unreliable. Their seamstress messed up my alterations, and I ended up having to take it somewhere else to have it fixed the week before my wedding. When I first purchased my gown, there was another bride there complaining because they had forgot to order her bridesmaid dresses! Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else.

    Great Store! Highly recommend, great service!

    I visited this store today in search for a wedding gown. Corinne is the lady who helped me and she was fantastic. From the time I walked into the store, she smiled and acknowledged me. She introduced herself to me and asked to take my jacket so I would be more comfortable while shopping in their boutique. Many dresses were suggested to me after she narrowed down my preferences. She offered dresses to me I never would have considered on my own and I actually fell in love with one she suggested (one in which I never would have taken off the rack on my own too...). Although I did not make my purchase from this store today, I highly recommend checking this store out 1) for excellent customer service and 2) for the diverse selection of dresses they offer. Thank you for a great shopping experience!! There are NOT many bridal shops in the city who even have "good" service (most have terrible service in fact), but Crystal's Bridal has fantastic customer service!!!
