Bobby & Juan were...

Bobby & Juan were excellent with measuring and providing us with a quote. Juan was punctual on his arrival to supply & install Polar Foam for our basement bathroom and joist ends. Bobby & Juan both pleasantly answered any questions or concerns because we have children; I wondered about air quality & when we could safely return to our home. We are thrilled with the end results. This company is professional, trustworthy, and they provide an outstanding service!

Details Insulatio...

Details Insulation was an excellent company to work with that we would highly recommend! They were thorough, professional & able to answer all of our questions. We had 2 crews come to our home as we had our insulation removed & replaced, both crews were friendly & hard working. The day they came out to replace our insulation their machine broke down due to cold weather -25c to -30c. They worked on their machine for at least 4 hours & then stayed until the job was done. Great integrity!

At first I though...

At first I thought that the owner of this Co. Was going to be helpful after he told me he would send out a crew to look at some issues I'm having with their work. Looks like that's not the case. Still haven't heard back.

Hi Nicholas, I'm sorry to hear that we have let you down by not sending a crew by to address your concerns. We stand confidently behind our work, and have no problem coming out to look at whatever issues you're having. Unfortunately, as a growing company, we do occasionally make mistakes in our communication and booking of inspections/estimates. Without talking to you further, I don't know if this is the case, but its possible that if we didn't book a firm appointment time, that this followup was missed on our end.
