I think anyone can have an off day as I’m sure we all have. Very unfair to make a judgment based on one visit. I can simply say I was treated royally, when I had a problem with my outboard they looked after it P.D.Q.

Grumpy Partsman

I purchased a boat from free spirit 2 years ago but quit shopping here because of a terrible experience I had with one of the parts people. I happened to be in the area today and figured I would give them a second try. I was surprised to see the same old grumpy man working behind the parts counter but wasn't surprised to find that his same unenthusiastic one word answers and his seemed love of conflict and argument were still the norm at freespirit. For a positive experience try martin.
