Thanks Jiffy lube.I had my oil changed at another business prior to April25 then went to Jiffy lube 97 and 137 as I usually do Shamal noticed my air breather was put on incorrectly and my new filter was filthy.My car had been running rough so after my oil was changed I went home and cleaned my mass air flow sensor and sure enough my car ran smoothly.I mentioned this today August 04 and thanked Shamal for his attentiveness on my last visit on April 25 2020 . ??
I had excellent service with a smile, had Devin change my oil, he shared information that I did not know about my vehicle, he topped everything up and let me know about how often and a week later had my transmission fluid flush my car is running great, thank you Jiffy lube and Devon.

I usually get ripped off at my oil changes but this experience today was amazing. I knew my oil was clean but thought it was low and had some corrosion on battery that needed cleaning. The staff showed me my oil level was fine and clean and cleaned my battery free of charge. Will be a returning customer!

Shamal was the service tech that I dealt with and he was so amazing. I would definitely recommend this location for your next oil change. I will be telling all my friends and family. Pulled in to do a quick oil change with one car before me, when my bay opened they asked to move over by one bay" first come first serve" i was ok with that if they didnt just let a car that just pulled in before both of us, making me wait for more than 30 min a "quick oil change". Also the technician that came out to tell us to move over was very rude. Very bad customer service
I have been going to this location since it has opened, on a few occasions when I was away from home I ended up going to a different company and location but have always returned for the fast and friendly staff. I have never had any issues and when there has been s problem with my car that they can't fix they always are able to recommend different places and approximately how much it would cost. Always friendly and very helpful.
This was my first oil change at this shop and wow these guys are fantastic. Great customer service, checked all my tires and washed my windows, was definitely treated like wanted to earn my business ! Very knowledgable, knew exactly what I needed to keep my car in good shape for the long term ! Will recommend!
Great friendly service. Would recommend them. Not pushy, would let me know if anything was wrong and ultimately was my choice to move forward with it.
They messed up my oil change, oil leaked out of my tank and my engine smoked until I brought it back. They 'fixed' the repair. They told me they REALLY tightened the oil filter to make sure it wouldn't leak, than they told me that if it continues to leak than it's a problem with my oil pan. It continued to leak. After topping up the oil a few times I checked out the oil filter, which was completely loose. I changed the oil filter, and tightened it, and filled up with new oil. Magically my oil didn't leak. After all of this they only gave me $20 off my next oil change. Like I'm going back there.
