Overall the only ...

Overall the only thing good about our experience was the food but it was very overpriced. We waited to be seated as the hostess chatted with a server and rolled her eyes when she saw us. After being seated it took 15 minutes before our server came to get our drink order at which time we ordered our meals aswell. The food obviously sat under the heat lamps for quite some time as my 2 year old plate was burning hot and the lettuce on the burgers was black an wilted and the bottom buns were soggy. The service was ridiculous and slow. We had to ask THREE times for drink refills and finally got them when we got our check. The place was not busy at the time and we witnessed several other tables around us experience the same and two parties actually got up and left. Probably will not be back.

Just enjoyed 8 ou...

Just enjoyed 8 ounce New York strip loin at Jungle Jim's in WEM for 11 bucks! Regular 17. Thursday special. Cooked perfectly, highly recommended! Comes with vegetable skewer and fries. Upgraded to loaded baked potato for $1.00 more. Great server too, friendly and attentive. Thanks Sam!

Horrible experience !

We had a very bad experience with Jungle Jim's. Bad service and poor quality of the food.. Manager was very unprofessional and rude.. Won't be coming back for sure!! Waste of money and time!!

SO Glad these guys have come to the West!

Jungle Jim's is very popular out East, and I am SOOOO glad they have come to western Canada! My first visit to the West Edmonton Mall location was like being back home in St. John's - ordered the Kitchen Sink (of course!) and the Brushette Chicken Parm pasta - my fav and it was as good as I remember it. This is such a fun place to take the kids - they will be so entertained.
