My Smile Family Dental Centre

My Smile Family dental care is so good service, the hygienist and skillfully and very professional. Very helpful and knowledgeable receptionist. The Dentist was so nice and the manager is so very helpful and treated nice all patients.

I did my dental appointments here and I really liked the staff , They really care about their patients and follow up with them. Everyone there were kind , the dentist the other staff and the front desk they are awesome. I will keep my future dental appointments with them and I’ll definitely recommend visiting them

I have experienced first class treatment by the dental staff, but the front desk is something else at times. This depends on who you get there to deal with you. But the dentist, Dr Melissa, that I have dealt with and her assistant has been the pros of pros in my opinion.

Not a very clean or welcoming environment. Booking an appointment takes forever and they are very unprofessional with their billing practices. I switched to a new dentist and am happy I did. Avoid dealing with management here as well, as they will just tell you to find a new clinic (which is what they just did to my family right before the holidays). Its quantity over quality for them. I also got a second opinion and they quoted us for work that didnt even need to be done. Zero stars.

Highly professional and quality staff, from the front gals helping me with direct billing my insurance to the assistants and Dr. who guided me on all my dental needs with concise and direct knowledge. Very friendly atmosphere. Will be returning and recommending to my friends and family!

Im a new patient at this clinic. Was never a big fan of the dentist but Im thoroughly impressed with the dentists and staff here. They are friendly and supportive of my anxiety with needles. I would highly recommend this place! Lisa B
