Nevi's Embroidery

The personnel at the Westmount location are very friendly. She does excellent embroidery and on time. Extremely pleased.

Nevi's is a very unprofessional woman to deal with. Everything from changing the order, not being fair and consistent and honest about her pricing to shoddy workmanship. She was even speaking to one employee about me in front of me behind my back as I was turned, and then berated another employee in front of me. She refused to give me a receipt for the stuff I paid for and threw me her paper and told me to write it out myself. Was very disgusted with her lack of integrity.

After ordering four stockings and being today to come pick them up today (Wednesday ) we go pick them up they hadn't even been started. We finally fo to pick them up 5 hours latet the lettering is all different font and all different sizes or is iy straight. There ruined four stockings 2 of which were first Christmas. Than I had said something about it and she decided to tell me I'm just stupid and that's how it is ???

Embroidery was good, the finishing work was terrible and the work was not completed in the time frame I was told.

Fast turn around time, they did our work uniforms faster and cheaper than all the other embroidery places we called

Should of read the other reviews. Horrible service. Was told oureporters item would be ready by 2pm Wednesday. That gave them 8 full days to do the work. We showed up at 3 pm and our item wasn't even started. The owner then refused to give us our things back of refund the money. Horrible service. Will not recommend to anyone

Left items on Saturday morning was told to pick them up Monday at 4pm showed up at 4pm they hadn't even started them yet was told to come back at 5pm received a call at 445 saying they needed to know how I wanted it to be embroidered then was told it will be another hour and a half wait. When requesting merchandise and money back owner of store was biligerant and verbally harassing. Stating she was going to pray that something bad happens to me, and I deserve it for wasting her time.

Terrible customer...

Terrible customer service!!!! Ruined a Baby girls first Christmas Stocking by first misspelling her name and then ruined it even more by wrecking the fabric on the stocking trying to fix the lettering and then made the mend by placing a bigger letter over her mistake and saying ot looks fine. I asked the owner to replace the damaged stocking and redone the name correctly and she said no and was extremly rude and arrogant. The name mistake was store to begin with as it was clearly written on the order form. Think twice before leaving your perious items ro be done.
