    Call to book an appointment in advance. I would not recommend doing a walkin if they are busy. Wait times can be long. Great staff and doctors. COVID procedures are in place. Have to wait outside after checking in.

    I received a call from Northgate medical centre tonight at approximately 7:10pm tonight & I just tried calling you back.According to your voice message about your office hours it states that youre open until 8pm. So why is it that when I call back approximately at 7:30pm there is no answer? This is very frustrating because Im waiting to hear back about important results & having to wait more makes it even more stressful. Please update your hours if changes have been made. Thank you.
