Water Pure & Simple

Great customer service. They always get back to me very quickly if there is ever an issue and there delivery guy was good too. Was here when they said he would be and put the water in the back corner for me so I didnt have to do any heavy lifting. Love that I actually get to speak to a person here instead of a recording all the time! Thank you Water Pure & Simple!

While the water is good, I am SUPER unsatisfied with this company's commitment to their policy that punch cards never expire. I took a hiatus from picking up bottled water as I have young children and having a bottle of water with spigot within reach was not something that I wanted to deal with. But, when I called today to inquire about how many bottles I had left to pick up, the staff person indicated that she wouldn't be willing to look at the old paper punch cards to determine this. out$100+
