Good service almost all the time except sometimes you have to wait a little longer @ the examination room

Bad service, rude doctor and assistants. Very long wait times. No consideration for the patients that come in.

The only medicentre my family and I will use. They make sure they cover everything and get you the best treatment possible. Yes there is going to be a wait time but that’s expected at any drs office, especially a medicentre

Never ever again! Booked myself twice with them, specifically asked for time when I will not have to wait an hour past my appointment time. Still had to wait an hour and left without seeing a doctor. It seems that the front desk is directed to book as many patients as possible despite doctors availability, so there is no chance that doctors will have a spare minute without bringing profit to the company. Who cares about the clients.

They refused to give me an appointment. I went there as walking-on and waited alot then I just left. If you respect your time never go their.

Better leave early. They don't care what their business hours are. Will shutdown early.

Terrible frontdesk staff and the non caring attitude. Booked an appointment at 1300, booked off time from work and when arrived at the clinic they told to come back later beco their Dr called in sick. When asked how about calling and letting their patients know..i was told they cant becoz they have too many patients. Well..i am going to help them by taking my account somewhere else.
