    Best place EVER. My dog wags his tail even when being dropped off. A wagging tail tells no lies!

    I was given a quo...

    I was given a quote that they did not hold up on in the end my bill was double what they said. also my dogs were never walked. and only let out of the small cement cell 3 times a day. to go to another outdoor small dog run. nothing you see in pictures looks that way. I suggest you go see it first...you will leave without booking your dog in and will feel better about it...you deal with a different person every time you call or go in, so if there is any confusion it's not on them! I felt this astabliment was unorganized,disfunctional and unsanitary. I gave all my dogs flea and worm treatment after picking them up. and YES! I took them out early. As I felt horrible leaving them.

    Hi Cora, I am sorry about the error on your bill. The original quote was for 4 dogs and my staff were confused when you had brought the extra dog unexpectedly, so they did make a billing error. I left a message offering a refund of the overcharge but did not hear back from you. I would still be willing to refund the difference but I do need you to contact me. I had no idea that you had any concerns after the almost 3 week stay. I was on site when you picked up the dogs on May 18 and would have solved the issue of charges for you had it been brought to my attention at the time. Kingsfield Kennels has a very large base of regular and repeat clients because we provide quality care at a reasonable price. That reputation is very important to me. I have high standards for my establishment and would have loved the chance to discuss the concerns you had at that time. As I am sure you can appreciate, mistakes do happen, but I always do my best to correct them and ensure customers leave happy to the best of my ability. I would welcome the opportunity to resolve this issue with you.
