I was asked for a deposit to go 5 blocks and the driver stunk so bad i was gagging

I have been using Royal Taxi for the past several months and I find the drivers to be polite, punctual, and safe. I like the 'book a car ahead of time' feature. Well done folks!

best service ever! would give it 10 stars! open for Xmas day, friendly dispatchers, on time for time calls, friendliest of the friendliest drivers, very professional drivers and clean, updated cars as well as dispatch system. Drivers go above and beyond expectations. I recommend these guys for sure!

disasterous first experience

waited 45 mins for a cab that never showed. dispatcher hung up twice instead of helping me with the issue. epic fail on all fronts.
