Very unprofessional management that looks you in the eyes while being dishonest to you, consistently tries to rip you off, damages your property while working, & then does it all over again with no sense of shame. They sent us a repair quote with NO cost breakdowns to keep it shady. After insisting for the breakdown, parts were $400 but they charged $1150 on top just for labor. They punctured and scratched our floor tiles while dismantling the heat pump and did not reimburse us for the damage.
