Think twice...cost me $5K!

I hired them to do my taxes and for 2009 they forgot to input the disability credit I receive for my son. They returned my file to me and the disability papers were in the file. They denied knowing about it and blamed me because I was supposed to check the numbers and know where and what to claim. I don't know anything about accounting or disability credits which is why I hired and paid what I thought was a professional. If you don't know anything about accounting, go elsewhere and find someone who does and who will be accountable for their actions.
