    Pam is one of your service representatives and honestly the world needs more people just like her in it. I lost my D/L and forgot my bank card. I went outside to transfer money to my daughter’s acct and pay with her card, but Pam came out and told me to come inside. She secretly paid for it herself. All of the staff are amazing!! I would not go anywhere else! Thank you Pam, and I will pay it forward as well. You rock!!!!

    We live in Spruce Grove but travel to Stony Plain for all our registry requirements. Unlike other registries, staff do not stare at their computers while customers await service. I found the staff to be professional, courteous, and helpful and would highly recommend Stony Plain Registries.

    The registries in Stony Plain have always made an effort to be open during hours when people who are working in the daytime can make it there to deal with registration issues. The staff has always been friendly and well spoken even when delivering bad news about an issue. The Owner Tracey is fantastic and deals with any problems with staff or tech issues as soon as possible!

    Stony plain is a wonderful small town and I support all the businesses there except Stony Plain Registries. We’ve had three separate issues and the owner Mike was very abrupt, unprofessional and shouted at me on the phone today. I would not recommend them to anybody and he was clearly OK with that when I shared my opinion with him today. He said I can certainly take my business elsewhere. He does not live in the community and he is not helpful in correcting their errors.

    They are a wonderful small town registry! Very professional, super fast, and friendly. I would recommend to anyone looking for a new registry!!!!!

    MONEY GRAB! I'm sorry to say but if you are even considering to take any road tests at this place look else where. They know there is limited people in the town so they try to keep themselves employed by failing young kids 3-4 times before passing them. How do they do this? Well they seem to use a cheap tactic by claiming that there is 4 lane traffic coming down 50th ave and the surrounding area and if you fail to signal to go around a "parked" car you automatically fail. People save your money

    I will go to Stony Plain Registries, as a first option for ALL my Licensing and Registry needs.I found them to be very professional, courteous and knowledgeable!I also appreciate that they are working towards the prevention and inappropriate use of the registry system. The facility was clean and customers were attended to in an efficient and effective manner. It is a busy office and I felt I was served in a reasonable amount of time. I would use this merchant again and would highly recommend!

    We will no longer...

    We will no longer be giving Stony Plain Registries any of our business due to three separate terrible experiences. Understandably the nature of the business often leaves the employees with little authority in handling situations. It also puts them in predicaments of having to give out less than desirable news. However there is a polite way to tell someone they have a ticket to pay, and then there is a rude, purposefully setting out to make you feel inferior way. Stony plain registries chooses the latter. They offer no respect to their patrons and there is no recourse for treating customers rudely or even yelling at them. It's really unfortunate that such a sweet town is marred by such terrible business dealings. The atmosphere in Stony Plain is so polite and kind and Stony Plain registries doesn't come even close to civil or respectful never mind kind.

    I am sorry you had a bad experience at our office, and you chose to air your concerns on the internet instead of phoning our office to speak with Manager/Owner so that we could deal with the issue. We have many satisfied clients in town and the surrounding area, but of course it is hard to satisfy everyone. Sometimes agressive customers can antagonize a clerk and make the conversation difficult, but we do not yell at our clients and work really hard and being polite. Our clerks deal with the public 6 days a week and are very patient and polite even with the worst of customers.
