    My Mac computer h...

    My Mac computer had a virus that I just couldn't get rid of so I called ProTech on a Sunday afternoon and Richard came to pick up my computer by supper. He called to give me a status update on Monday, and then had the computer back to me by Tuesday evening. Very reasonable price for the repair. Richard even gave me some suggestions regarding backup issues and helped me navigate through the new operating system after he completed an update for me. I would definitely recommend this company!

    After going to 5 ...

    After going to 5 computer stores and not feeling very confident I decided to search the internet and found ProTech, within 24 hours my media server was up and running and cheaper then what I was quoted from the shops. I was kept in the loop throughout the whole process and found them to be VERY professional. Free pick-up and delivery!! Where are you going to get that level of service. Richard was the technician I was dealing with.

    Best Tech I've found

    Quick, professional service. Gave me much confidence that he was the right man for the job, really knows his stuff. Will be going back in the future for any computer work needed. After dealing with big stores (like TigerDirect, Future Shop etc) and having problem after problem, ProTech IT services was amazing to deal with. Cannot recommend enough.

    We received great...

    We received great service from ProTech. We called it in, described our problem (failed laptop HDD), and Richard picked up the laptop within an hour. Diagnostics were performed and reported to us along with our options on how to address the problem all within the same day. We now have the laptop back and it is running very smoothly. Thanks!

    BEST computer repair experience ever!

    Best experience ever. Richard picked up my PC within an hour of me calling ProTech IT. Within 2 hour I received a diagnostic report WITH pictures! After all said and done they dropped off the PC back to my business! BEST computer IT support EVER!

    My PC was running...

    My PC was running slow and I also wanted to upgrade it with an HDMI video card. ProTech changed the original 2Gb ram with an 8Gb and also installed an extra hard drive and the video card. The PC runs fast and smooth now. ProTech picked up the PC from my home and returned it after the work was done in just two days! I definitely recommend ProTech to whoever needs professional computer services at a very reasonable cost. Massimo Bonechi
