Black Knight Security

Was recommended by a good friend. Quoted $2400 for 4 cameras. 3 wirelss, one wired. The wired one works great. Wireless dont work. Had someone else come in. To check his work. Second said his work and cameras are good. Problem is that the router is not strong enough. So we put in a booster. System needed a reboot. Once reboot happened, it asked for a password. I called the , whom offered 3 years warranty, I asked for password to the wireless cameras. Guessed some answers. And started yelling.

They showed up and installed right away which was great. The downside was tech support. I've contacted them several times for help but nothing has been done. The purpose of getting the service was so I could monitor my home when I'm not there and every time I try and talk to "theguy"he has no cell reception and just hangs up. Very frustrating.
