DBA Toms Custom Autobody

My wife got into an accident on a Wednesday night. I took the car into Tom’s on Friday and they did their estimate right away. By Monday, Tom’s called me up to set an appointment. I brought it in on Tuesday and they called me Wednesday evening to say it was ready for pick up. The ICBC Customer Claims Specialist said “Wow, that was really quick! That is one of the fastest claims to repair ever.” And the repair looks GREAT. Absolutely zero complaints. Very happy.

Had a reversing mishap into a grocery cart and Toms took care of it. I’m a very busy trades person and they indicated a date and time for being complete, and kept it exactly at that. Body work, paint, decals and all. Would recommend them to others. Greg H. Adera Development.

Damaged my car in other areas

Vehicle came back with A LOT scratches on the "fixed" area which was in the rear bumper AND a chip on the trunk right down to the metal (Prone to rust) ! Furthermore, while the car was in their hands, they had hit the front of the vehicle causing more surface damage, whilst the front bumper being misaligned. Stay away from this body shop.
