    Marlin Travel in Ladner has one of the worst customer services. I would not recommend them for any booking.

    The travel agent, Lana, entered my sons name in twice so it duplicated his passport, resulting in an error when we tried to pre select our seats. By the time west jet had corrected this for us all the seats together were taken so my wife and I had to sit apart.
