If it were possible to rate this business a zero or less, specifically the Fort St John BC location I would. I have been dealing with them since January 2019, it is now September. We originally bought a 3,000 couch only for it to fall apart piece by piece within a few months. We ended up getting a store credit and replaced the couch with a pull out only to have the bed literally fall onto the floor a week later. I am now dealing with head office in Edmonton. If only I could write more. Beware

Uday service was good

Left a review a few days ago, don’t see it on here, bought an LG fridge, on sale, no GST, sale. Got the fridge we wanted on sale. Excellent service for us.

The most horrible, dishonest, disrespectful and unprofessional people top to bottom that I have ever dealt with. I ordered furniture for the new house that I was moving into and paid 9755 and I still did not receive my furniture in full.I will never set my feet at this store ever again and would not recommend them to anyone either.They had the courage to mix an armless chair of a sectional that has been on display collecting dust and people trying it out with new ones.Disgusting customer service
