By far the best beds in the Okanagan. Geoff and Carling are an amazing father and daughter team. They know their products, materials and pricing. They gave me all the info I needed to buy the perfect bed for my wife and I. So many options for healthy and environmentally concious people. I highly recommend them to all my friends. Excellent service. Incredibly knowledgeable. We LOVE our new natural latex and wool mattress. It is SO comfortable.

They don't stand ...

They don't stand behind their products or service. Once they've got your money, pray you don't have any issues because you're on your own. I won't buy anymore products from them because service is everything!

Poor service! Did...

Poor service! Did not live up to their 90 days return policy. Spent over 3,000 for a bed that is extremely uncomfortable. They never returned my calls or emails. Save yourself some frustration and find another place to shop.

Sleepy's made us the best latex mattress

We are very happy with our latex mattress purchase at Sleepy's. Mattress shopping was becoming very confusing for us and we did our research on the web and visited many stores in the Valley...Sleepy's were by far the most knowledgable and even customized our mattress by pressure mapping us and making it based on our weights, pressure points, and the firmness we liked. I can feel a pea under our mattress, that's how sensitive I am and this mattress is the most comfortable thing I have ever slept on! Their delivery was on time and the two men that delivered it were very polite and even put blankets on our hardwood floors while setting up the metal bed frame. Thank you Sleepy's for the best sleep we've ever had!! Allison
